In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, the Arizona American Indian Tourism Association is hosting the Arizona Native Edible Experience. This event will be a unique, authentic Arizona experience that celebrates culture and the dishes that encompass it. The focus of the night will be on "Native Arizona."
Native Chefs from Arizona tribes come together to share their ancestral foods in contemporary dishes, including Arizona-infused cocktails. The result is an experience that immerses all of your senses.

Native Chefs will curate tasting stations, demonstrations, and conversations. This culinary and cocktail tasting event will showcase Native cuisine along with Native Arts. There will also be a silent auction, curated films, and live performances.
