The heat hasn't yet kicked in, but the sun is out and the skies are beautiful and blue. Explore the great outdoors early in the morning on a summer weekend! If you enjoy hiking, then there are [plenty of trails](https://www.alltrails.com/us/arizona/scottsdale) for you to choose from. You can also kayak or bike! Feeling more adventurous? Go for a [hot air balloon ride](https://www.experiencescottsdale.com/outdoor-adventure/air-tours/) and take in the scenery from above. Rather skip the outdoors activities? Feel like shopping? Scottsdale has a [variety of malls](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g31350-Activities-c26-t143-Scottsdale_Arizona.html). Some malls feature luxury brands, while other shopping centers focus on affordable brands or local goods. [Spas](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g31350-Activities-c40-Scottsdale_Arizona.html) are another wonderful weekend activity.  Evenings... A weekend in Scottsdale wouldn't be complete without a [cocktail in Old Town](https://oldtownscottsdaleaz.com/)!
