This summer, Keeler Hospitality Group is opening a new speakeasy in north Scottsdale, right next to the original Liberty Station location. The speakeasy will pay tribute to Matt Keeler's father Paul Keeler, who passed away in October 2021. It will be called Poppy's Office.
The speakeasy will be office-themed. When you walk in, you'll find a replica of Paul Keeler's office, with a desk at the center of the room and personal mementos along the walls. The host will guide you through a secret door behind a bookcase, where you'll find the mysterious bar. Desk lamps will line the bar, and the walls will be decorated with books, records, and "Poppy-isms" (aka quotes used by the late Keeler). The bar menu will also look like a book!

The drink menu will focus on craft cocktails, but you'll also find a variety of classics like martinis and a list of whiskeys. There will be something to please every palate! Tacos will be served at the bar, but the rest of the food menu will come from the connected Liberty Station restaurant. Expect fantastic food!
In a town full of charming western-themed bars, Poppy's Office will be a standout spot for elevated drinks.
