One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is drive around town and look at all of the festive light displays. In many communities, people and businesses go all out with their decorations! One Scottsdale community always works hard to "make spirits bright." Not only do they craft dazzling light displays- but they do so for an amazing cause!
This December, come see the lights along Rose Garden Lane in Scottsdale's Grayhawk community! For two decades, Rose Garden Lane has been enchanting visitors with Christmas light displays. It has become a huge deal. When new residents move-in, they sign paperwork to promise that they'll participate in the "Christmas Street" festivities.
The decorations are unbelievable. You're sure to be enchanted! Swing by to peruse the lights and sip a cup of free hot cocoa. All that residents ask for in return is a food or monetary donation. All donations go straight to St. Mary's Food Bank. Last year, the community was able to raise more than $18,000 in donations, which equated to more than 6,000 pounds of food. The lights put a smile on peoples' faces- but the food could turn someone's entire holiday around!

This December, come enjoy music, fun, and, of course, lights along "Christmas Lane"! Displays will be up for 23 days. Donations will be collected through Christmas Day.
