Verde River Area: Miles from Scottsdale's bright city lights, you'll find great views of celestial bodies here. To get there, you'll have to venture off the beaten path, but it is worth it!

Saguaro Lake: Because the lake is a day use area, the gate will be closed at night, but by pulling off the road at Butcher Jones Road, you'll be safe to park and stargaze to your heart's content. The views from here are terrific!
